Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'What happened to all our Graduated Pension contributions?'.

I simply don't understand the answer? both points say the same thing "What happened to all our Graduated Pension contributions?

DWP Response:
If you reach State Pension age on or after 6 April 2016 any Graduated Retirement Benefit you
have has been included in your new State Pension Starting Amount. Information about how
your Starting Amount is calculated can be found at this link:
https://www.gov.uk/new-state-pension/how...
If you reached State Pension age before 6 April 2016 your Graduated Retirement Benefit is
automatically paid with your state pension amount."

If you have any queries about this letter please contact me quoting the reference number
above.
Yours sincerely,

DWP Strategy FoI Team
