Jonathan May-Bowles

Dear Home Office,

I write to enquire as to what, if any, consultations have been made of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs regarding the Psychoactive Substances Bill currently before The House. In Particular:

1.) On what date did the consultation begin?

2.) What was the medium of request (email, letter, phone call etc.)

3.) Who made the request of the ACMD (e.g the Home Secretary, a clerk or some other person).

4.) The contents of the request for consultation.

5.) Any response that has been received from the ACMD in reply - i.e. any advice the home office has received from the ACMD on the Psychoactive Substances bill.

Should any of the above combined breach the threshold for costs for FOI requests, I ask that you deal with points 4 and 5 first before progressing to answer the rest presuming you can afford to do so. Many thanks for your help in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Jonathan May-Bowles
