So, I request recorded information on what companies have visited the borough following contact made at MIPIM 2014.

Information on who they met with, and information on what they did on their visit.

Details of any contracts signed on the basis of these contacts visiting the borough.

Dear Mr Gabbidon,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/3977815

Thank you for your request for information received on 02 February 2015,
in which you quoted the Haringey Council press release ‘Bringing
Investment to secure Haringey’s future’,  specifically an extract relating
to the council’s attendance to investment events last year leading to:
‘many potential investors subsequently visiting the borough’.

You requested information on what companies have visited the borough
following contact made at MIPIM 2014, including the following details:

·         The dates when they visited, the names of the company employee
who visited, and their job titles.

·         Information on whom they met with, and information on what they
did on their visit.

·         Details of any contracts signed on the basis of these contacts
visiting the borough.

·         Was there any Haringey Council funding of these visits? If so,
please provide detail of what expenditure and how it was spent.

My response is detailed in the chart below and is all the information the
council holds regarding tours of Tottenham post MIPIM 2014 to date. These
tours were not necessarily due to contacts made at MIPIM 2014 and could be
due to contact made elsewhere. No contracts have been signed following
these tours.
