1. What information is recorded by your authority and where?
2. Who provides the information if any?
3. Who records the information if any?
4. Who does your authority notify in any format of the entry if any? - other departments, offices organisation, persons including their contact details.
5. Who has direct access to the information without having to go through requesting it from yourselves? - other departments, offices organisation, persons including their contact details.
Can you please reference all answers to relevant legal authority - statutes, acts including the relevant sections and clauses.
