What are Vale of White Horse excuses for claiming there were COVID-19 restrictions at Court in October 2022, when they ended in April 2022. Qu.4

The request was refused by Vale of White Horse District Council.

Dear Vale of White Horse District Council,

4. The summons sent in September for an October date says "you cannot attend the court on this date" and "do not attend the court on the date set out above".
So why the request to be summonsed?

Yours faithfully,

Mark Williams
