What are the health and safety obligations that F. Bamford and Son Ltd; must have

The request was successful.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,
Under the F.O.I......
Please let me know what health and safety accreditations for F.Bamford and Son Ltd; are obligatory
F.Bamford and Son Ltd manufacture and install electronic door entry systems to public buildings where tenants live. Their website has a British Standards Institute logo as well as a logo for C.H.A.S.

I was injured through a trip hazard created by F. Bamford and Son ltd when they installed an electronic door entry at the entrance to the housing ass'n flats where I live, and in the process they laid a piece of metal sheet on the existing doorstep and they forgot to shave off the excess metal... which created a "LIP" (ie a trip hazard)
However I would like to know which health and safety accreditations are obligatory

C.h.a.s. said their training relates only to the health and safety of the workforce at Bamfords
Likewise, BSI said they are not interested in my injury.

Thankyou

Yours faithfully,

Maxine McGill

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'What are the health and safety obligations that F. Bamford and Son Ltd; must have'.

I would like to have some information under the F.O.I.
I am NOT asking whether F. Bamford and Sons Ltd may or may not be obliged to have accreditations regarding health and safety training for their workforce.

I am interested to learn about what health and safety training that the workforce must have, to ensure the safety of residents in buildings when they carry out "improvement works" such as the installation of their own electronic door entry systems
where they lay sheets of metal on existing doorsteps at the communal entrance to these buildings.
According to The Dept of Local Communities and Government (DLCG). all " improvement work " should be inspected and certified.
Thankyou for reading my email

Please can you let me have the information NOT about the safety of F. BAMFORD and sons ltd workforce but the training that F. Bamford and sons Ltd staff must undergo to ensure the safety of for example residents in blocks of flats when Bamfords workforce have carried out "IMPROVEMMENT WORKS" ie installation of their own electronic door systems where the workforce of F. Bamford and Sons Ltd have laid metal sheets on existing doorsteps
Thankyou
