Dear Michael Sullivan

Thank you for your request for information received on 18 January 2021
concerning Wexham and Iver's Community Board, Pinewood Sub Group - minutes
of meeting etc.

This request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I can confirm that Buckinghamshire Council does hold information falling
within the description specified in your request.  Please find the
relevant details

Please find attached the working group Terms of Reference (ToR) which
should provide the answers to most of your questions. Also attached are
the minutes of the meetings that have already been held.  We hope that the
below points answer any questions which may not be covered in the ToR.

The working group was established to enable elected Buckinghamshire
Councillors, Parish Councillors and Resident Association Chairmen to gain
information and insight into the application and make requests for
additional mitigation outside of the Section 106 Planning Agreement.
However, in order to manage the meetings and ensure that they were able to
run efficiently and effectively, the Chairman made the decision to invite
two Buckinghamshire Councillors and one representative from each parish
council and resident association to form a closed membership (please note
the Ivers has two parish councillors as this is the largest area
affected).

The Community Board chose to form this working group as Wexham and the
Ivers will be most heavily affected by the application. However, the
decision was made to extend the invitation to parish councillors from
Stoke Poges and Fulmer as these areas will also be somewhat affected.

Although the sessions took place via an online Teams meeting, they were
not recorded as the meetings follow an informal model and minutes were
taken.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday 4th February 2021. It is
undecided as of yet if there will be any further meetings after this date.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number provided in the subject line of
