Dear Melissa,
Thank you for your email asking me to clarify my request. I am not an expert on the topic of Transport for London Local Implementation Plan funding. You may find that the relevant Transport for London team can help you understand the topic better and thus how to respond to my request.
I think that Transport for London awards Local Implementation Plan funding to Westminster City Council for the Council to implement specific items, and Transport for London asks the Council to provide reports on its progress at implementing these items. It is this progress report that I am requesting. I would like to receive it in whatever form it takes, e.g. email, report or spreadsheet. I am not requesting all emails/documents over a specific time period. I would like to receive it for the most recent year that it is available, and the relevant Transport for London team should be able to advise you about this.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs K McYarnington
