Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following:
for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 to date
1- the amount of admissions to Westlands residential for intermediate care
2- the amount of admissions to Westlands residential for permanent stay
3- the amount of requests the Trust received by potential patients to be a permanent admission to Westlands residential home
4- how many identified in point 3 were admitted as permanent residents
