3. Has the Council recovered that money from business, levy, parking revenues etc. yet?

4. Please provide figures for annual footfall since its opening.

5. Has the Council received any objections and/or complaints about the Westgate from local residents and local businesses? If so, please provide figures for:

Pre-building stage
During construction
Since opening

6. How many retail units in the city have been empty each year since 2008?
