Dear Owen

I refer to the above and your request dated 22 October 2019. I have
contacted the relevant services and now provide a response to your request
relating to West Yorkshire Legal Framework..

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

West Yorkshire Legal Framework.

The details we require are:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

Please see attached. There were no additional technical questions within
the PQQ therefore there was no selection stage. All quality submissions
were evaluated first, and for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10, where the
quality thresholds were met evaluation was completed on a price only
basis. A total of 8 providers were appointed per lot. For lots 7 and 8,
the price and quality scores were added together. PQQs were vetted for
those providers who were successful in the evaluation stage.

• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)

Estimated value of £6m across the whole framework. The value of individual
contracts is held by each individual authority.

• Start date & duration of framework

Contract start date – 01.07.2017

Contract end date – 30.06.2020

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?

1 x 12 month extension

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

No

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

Catherine Witham, City Solicitor
