I am undertaking a study on adult trans health and would like to request the following from your West of England Specialist Gender Identity Clinic at The Laurels (dpn-tr.thelaurels [at] nhs.net), under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please:

1. Protocols for adult trans men starting testosterone treatment in effect in *March 2019*, to include protocols relating to baseline investigations, prescribing, monitoring, titration, shared care arrangements, discharge.

2. Protocols for adult trans men starting testosterone treatment in effect as at *today’s date*, to include protocols relating to baseline investigations, prescribing, monitoring, titration, shared care arrangements, discharge.

3. Information currently provided to adult patients prior to/upon starting testosterone treatment.

4. Current referral, treatment and discharge pathways for adult trans men requiring testosterone treatment.

5. How many adult trans men patients receiving testosterone treatment are currently under your care (i.e. active patients, not discharged)? Of these, how many have reported psychiatric/psychological adverse effects with testosterone treatment?
