4) Any minutes and/or notes that were taken for each meeting.

Response: Once per term (3 a year)

2) The number of meetings the EHE team attended. 

Response: 5

3) The budget allocated for the EHE team to attend those meetings.

Response: There is no allocated budget as it forms part of CPD.

4) A list of who attended each meeting. 

Response: We do not hold this information.

5) The agenda for each meeting. 

Response: College funding, local offers from regional colleges EHE
guidance and the law, changes to the SEND code of practice, RPA, access to
examinations.

6) Any minutes and/or notes that were taken for each meeting. 

Response: No minutes are taken at these meetings.

7) Any correspondence relating to the meetings (with personal information
redacted.) 

Response: There is no correspondence relating to these meetings held.
