Thank you for your information request dated 10 January 2015. Your request
has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

 

1) How often the meetings take place.

There are around 3 meetings per year.

 

2) The number of meetings the EHE team attended.

During the period from March 2013 to present, Derbyshire County Council
has attended 4 meetings.

 

3) The budget allocated for the EHE team to attend those meetings.

Derbyshire County Council has resourced the staff time and travel plus
meeting fee on 4 occasions during the period of time specified. The travel
& fees are approximately £100 for each meeting.

 

4) A list of who attended each meeting.

3) The agenda for each meeting.

Varies and has included Provision for 14-16s (including colleges), legal
background to EHE, including DfE Guidance, Ofsted LA inspections, Special
Educational Needs and Disability changes, Examinations, EHE Professionals
Association and networking/sharing of others’ practice.

 

4) Any minutes and/or notes that were taken for each meeting.

Each LA is responsible for their own note taking.

 

4) Any correspondence relating to the meetings (with personal information
redacted.)

Limited – Financial arrangements and publicly available documents (such as
DfE Guidance document, LAs policy/guidance documents).
