Thank you for your request for information of 15 January 2015 which has
been logged as 2652755 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.  We confirm that Cheshire West and Chester Council
hold information relating to your request.  For clarity I have reproduced
your questions below and appended the response beneath. Please accept my
apologises for the delay in receiving this information.
 
I would appreciate if you could provide the following information
regarding the meetings with the West Midlands regional forum from March
2013 - Present:

There are 3 network meetings per year.
 
2) The number of meetings the EHE team attended.

We do not have a specific budget for this, personal expenses may be paid
to employees for attending meetings ie mileage and refreshments.
 
4) A list of who attended each meeting.
 
1 officer attended from the CWaC Education Team
 
5) The agenda for each meeting. SEND ,College places for 14-19 year olds,
RPA, The Law and guidelines, Access to examinations.
 
No recorded information is held
 
6) Any minutes and/or notes that were taken for each meeting.

7) Any correspondence relating to the meetings (with personal information
redacted.)
 
We have searched our records and have found one email correspondence in
relation to this meeting it is a confirmation of times and dates. (Please
see below) The name of the  junior officer who attended the meeting has
been redacted. Redaction of this information does not reduce the level of
information disclosed. This is in accordance with guidance from the ICO,
‘Requests for Information about Public Authority Employees’ which confirms
that junior officers’ details should not be disclosed.
