Further to your recent FOI request regarding regional EHE meetings.

 

Please see response below.

 

1)   How often the meetings take place.

There are 3 networking meetings per year.

 

2)   The number of meetings the EHE team attended.

Sandwell has sent representation on 3 occasions since March 2013

 

3)   The budget allocated for the EHE team to attend those meetings.

There is no budget specifically allocated for this purpose. Budget
allocation is within the attendance and prosecution service.

 

4)   A list of who attended each meeting.

This information is not held by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council

 

5)   The agenda for each meeting.

The agenda for each meeting is sent out by the host local authority,
Staffordshire via email prior to the meeting.

The content changes and will be dependent on local and national issues.
Agenda items since March 2013 have included SEND, College places for 14-19
year olds, RPA, The Law and guidelines, Access to examinations. Agendas
are not kept after the meeting date

 

6)   Any minutes and/or notes that were taken for each meeting.

Meetings are not minuted and individual notes are not kept beyond the
school term in which they are taken.

 

7)   Any correspondence relating to the meetings (with personal
information redacted.)

The only correspondence relating to this meeting are the invites which are
sent out prior to the meeting to confirm date and time. The invite is not
kept beyond the meeting date.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
