West Midlands Burglary Statistics
Dear West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 200.
I would like to have the following please:
1) The number of commercial/ business burglaries in the West Midlands
2) A breakdown of these burglaries based on sector/industry
3) The number of convictions associated with these burglaries, again by sector
If my request is denied, please can you justify all rejections with specifics to the exemptions in the act. I will also request that all non-exempt material is released. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. I look forward to your response within 20 working days as stated by the statute.
