I need to understand better what is actually being requested as any development on the 
Thames Path could be impinging on private property and, consequently, the relationship 
residences have with the Port of London Authority.  
Please provide:  
 
- an official document displaying West India Pier property boundaries on the Thames 
Path  
 
- all official documents explicitly clarifying the ownership of the section of river wall ("flood 
defences") at the end of Cuba Street.

Q2) I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and some of the 
information you requested is not held by Tower Hamlets Council.  I have enclosed the 
only official documents LBTH hold for Land Ownership records, of land which the Council 
manages. The two plans show the extent of Council Owned Land and LBTH Highway 
which are both maintained at Public expense by London Borough of Tower Hamlets. 
  
I have enclosed copies of the information that is held.
