West India Pier, Cuba Street. Planning Approval

Waiting for an internal review by Tower Hamlets Borough Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

A planning application exists for West India Pier - PA/08/01151 - to allow a moored vessel to be used as a residence on a temporary basis. This has now expired.

Is a new Planning Application required to use the pier for any new activity?

Can the pier be used to service a vessel or embark or disembark passengers without a planning application to do so?

Yours faithfully,

Ralph Hardwick
