WERE did labour group get 3000 pounds
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, did not ask about your expenses ---but all moneys earmarked for labour are supposed to go through CLP ---so why did you not report this to any clp ---you as councilors are not a independent body but part of labour party ----and any money given is for all members
Yours faithfully,
pt ogorman
Dear P T O’Gorman
We write in response to your most recent online enquiry and must advise
that Wirral Council holds no recorded information in response.
There are 4 CLP’s – one for each constituency. If the Labour Group gave
Wallasey CLP £3000 as you have stated, that funding came directly from the
Labour Group Bank Account, which is entirely separate from Wirral
Council.
We are therefore unable to assist you further with your enquiry.
Yours sincerely

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,
the labour group belong to labour party ----and the money you say they gave is used only for elections and goes through clps accounts ----the labour group have no special status in labour party ----and have to abide by the rules of the labour party ---they have no right to give party funds away to anybody --without the members ok- ing it ---they are there at the members will------ if they dont like it leave party

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'WERE did labour group get 3000 pounds'.
[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
because this was not the request i wanted information about --as it is many months old and you have said it is not your concern ---so deal with the request---- I sent in yesterday you are supposed to without favour one way or other --does not seem that way
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...
Yours faithfully,
pt ogorman
Dear P T O’Gorman
There appears to be some confusion regarding the status of your requests.
We currently have ONE active enquiry which you submitted using the
following email - [1][email address]. That
request stated ”would like to know how many redundancies since Jan 2015
til Jan 2018 -----2--how much has been spent on consultants regarding golf
courses public ones --since Jan 2017 and jan 2018.”
On 14 January 2021, I wrote to you asking you to clarify your enquiry. See
below. Once we have received your clarification we will be able to answer
your current request.
You did have an enquiry in 2020 regarding the Labour Group and that was
answered to the best of our ability. Your most recent email, however,
refers to an internal review of that old request – is this correct? Or are
you simply following up on our response to your most recent FOI regarding
redundancies?
If you can clear up any misunderstanding we would be grateful. In the
meantime, please let us have a response to our email of 14 January below.
Yours sincerely

Dear Mr O’Gorman
Further to your request below, please can you clarify the scope of your
enquiry? Your email title refers to redundancies from 2015 – 2019 yet
within the body of your request you state 2019 and first quarter of 2020.
Please also provide a timeframe for the golf course consultant spend.
Once we have clarified exactly what information you seek, we will aim to
respond within 20 working days.

I second the annotation suggesting this is an internal Labour Party issue.

This is clearly a Labour Party issue and nothing to do with Wirral Borough Council surely?
