Dear Welsh Government,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information regarding the work of the Welsh Government office in Qatar.

Specifically, I am interested in obtaining details on the following:

Meetings and Communications: Records of any official meetings and correspondence between representatives of the Welsh Government and Qatari state ministers, Qatari civil servants and Qatari business people from August 2018 to January 2024. This includes agendas, minutes, emails, and any official communications.

I understand that under the Act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this letter. If my request cannot be met within these terms, I would be grateful if you could contact me and provide assistance as to how I might refine my request.

Please provide the information in electronic format where possible. If certain parts of this request are unmanageable, please advise on how I might modify my request to make it more acceptable.
