Well completion report PNR 1 z

Oil and Gas Authority did not have the information requested.

Dear Oil and Gas Authority,

Please advise on the availability of any well completion report received on the fracturing of the first well at Preston New Road following the two spells of fracturing in 2018. As fracking equipment has been removed from the site with associated suspension of fracking activities, this logically implies an initial review of the first fracturing of well 1 and an accompanying report before any further fracking is to proceed or be even proposed.

Please provide details of any indepedent analysis of the fracking induced amber and red seismicity that has been performed by the OGA. Please advise what efforts have been made to identify the locations, directions and stress nature of the geological faulting that has been subject to this induced seismicity.

The operator, Cuadrilla, is now suggesting the drilling of a third lateral.
Please provide any details as to the direction, geological level and justification as to these selections.

Please provide why approval of the hydraulic fracture plan of the second lateral is still pending.

Yours faithfully,

richard parker
