Dear Liverpool City Council,

The Finances and Resources Director commissioned a job from Weightmans Solicitors ref: DN478051 that cost Liverpool Council Tax Payers £20,000.

1/ what were the terms of reference for this job?
2/ is this the only payment that has been made by LCC in relation to this piece of work?
3/ if there are other payments, how much has this piece of work now cost the council?
4/ how many people have been interviewed and/or provided evidence for this piece of work?
5/ how many serving councillors have been interviewed and/or provided evidence for this piece of work?
6/ how many council officers have been interviewed and/or provided evidence for this piece of work?
7/ how much, in total, has been spent producing this piece of work?
8/ please provide the final report that was produced as a result of this piece of work?
9/ what has been the outcome as a result of this work?
10/ which statutory agencies will this report be shared with?

Yours faithfully,

Matt O'Donoghue

Liverpool City Council

Another typical deflective and frankly pathetic response from LCC.

What is the point in having the right to FOI requests when all that the public are met with is cover up after cover up, excuse after excuse and blatent lies.

Trancparancey and accountability I think not.

Don't give up on this Matt.
