Weekly street sweeping schedule
Dear Newham Borough Council,
When I and others report litter via LoveNewham/LoveCleanStreets, the response is that “The street will be swept on our next weekly visit.”
I would like some more information about these weekly visits, specifically for Maryland ward.
1) Can I have an explanation of what these weekly visits entail - is this supposed to be a thorough sweeping, a visit to respond to reports, or something else?
2) What is the weekly schedule for different parts of Maryland ward? Which streets are visited on a Monday, which on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday?
3) Are any areas visited more than weekly? Conversely, are any visited less frequently? Is there guidance on this?
Yours faithfully,
A. Dremach
