How many clinicians do you have available on weekends to provide treatment to patients?

What is your service level agreement with reference to waiting times with commissioning pcts/ccgs?

What measures do you have in place to manage periods of high demand?

What is your complaints policy?

Do you require patients to submit complaints in writing or by telephone?
