The Trust has never tendered a contract for the disposal of WEEE items
although where applicable we do have clauses in our contracts regarding
WEEE disposal and we have used ad hoc arrangements in the past.

Disposal of WEEE is the responsibility of Capital Hospitals Ltd, our
partners in developing and managing our new Hospitals. For more
