Website accessibility

We're waiting for Sam Marshall to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority,

As a public sector organisation you are required to comply with the recently introduced Public Sector Website and Application Accessibility legislation, your website, www.gla.gov.uk does not meet the required standards of compliance, namely WCAG 2.1 AA.

Can you please provide details of:

1. how you intend to make your website accessible, to comply with these regulations, by the September 2020 deadline
2. what companies you intend to use to ensure compliance is achieved if not done within your own organisation
4. what are the estimated costs involved in making your website accessible?
5. how you plan to handle complaints relating to non-compliance or where visitors have problems using your website due to accessibility non-conformance?

Yours faithfully,

Sam Marshall
