Weather Manipulation

craig smith made this Freedom of Information request to Cabinet Office Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Cabinet Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Cabinet Office,

For at least the last four months, possibly longer, there has been a sky-spraying programme in my area involving small drones spraying thick white strips of cloud in parallel lines mostly north to south which expand into a thick grey mass above cloud level, masking the sun and reducing its intensity and making it unable to reach the ground.
Even when natural clouds pass through the sky is still greyed out due to this blanket layer being created by these drones.
I am obviously concerned about the environmental impact of this spraying programme, and also about the general denial of it by those in high places. It is clearly going on plain as day and many are witnessing it and also objecting.
Insects and wildlife in general are declining due to lack of sunlight, and there will obviously be crop failures due to lack of pollinators. Sunlight is vital to life on this earth and these people are making it so the sun cant shine on the uk.
The uk government clearly knows this is going on,even of it is brushed aside.

What i am asking for in this request is a full admission of the following without any denial or dismissal. A full confession of exactly what these drones (and some planes) are purposely spraying the sky for:

1. Why is there such intense daily spraying in the north east of england, and other areas, and what is the purpose of overlaying empty sky between natural clouds?

2.what organisations are responsible for launching these drones and running their daily operation?

3.why is the uk government putting an end to all this 'geo-engineering' in our skies?

4.when will the spraying of the skies over the uk cease?

5.what will the uk government be doing to compensate those who are having to endure this on a daily basis and the effect on their livelihoods (farmers especially) and also the effect on the physical and mental health of the general population caused by the constant blocking of the sun?

6.is there a genuine environmental reason for blocking out the sun,or is it just to ruin things for everyone?

I await a genuine, truthful admission to these questions, not a dismissal or denial of the activities mentioned. If a satisfactory answer and admission is not provided, further letters and foi requests will be sent to more organisations, including airports and aviation authorities and bases,to get to the bottom of this

Yours faithfully,

craig smith

Dear FOI Team Mailbox,

Thankyou, this was a typically expected none-response to my questions.
You have spouted out a load of jargon and excuses about how it doesn't fit in with your criteria.
The freedom of information act was set up for just that, freedom of information.
So please reply to the actual foi request
Thankyou
