Dear Cheshire East Council,
I would like to request the following information about EACH INDIVIDUAL wearable technology device purchased by your authority. A wearable device can include Apple Watch, Android Wear Device, Fitness Trackers (Fitbit, Garmin etc.) or any other electronic device designed to be worn by the user
1. Make (e.g. Apple)
2. Model Name (e.g. Apple Watch Sport)
3. Specific Model Number if known
4. Date of Purchase
5. Price of Purchase
6. PDF copy of purchase order
7. PDF copy of invoice
8. Job Title and Salary of officer to whom the device is assigned, if delice is shared the details of both the lowest and the highest paid officer with regular use
9. What purpose the device is put to

Procurement and ICT teams that no purchases of wearable technology have
been made.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review under the Freedom
of Information Act you should write to the Compliance Unit, Cheshire East

Crewe, Cheshire CW1 2BJ
If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the
ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints
procedure provided by the Council. The Information Commissioner can be
