Weapons That Use Frequencies
Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
Please could you provide information with the specific names of all the directed energy weapons/apparatus and weapons/apparatus that uses frequencies that affect humans, environment, and buildings used by police. This would include weapons that use frequencies on the electromagnetic spectrum Infrared, Microwave, and Radio frequencies etc.
An example is the The Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs), known as 'sound cannon', that use small satellite-style dishes to emit harmful, pain-inducing sounds during riots as reported on this website

Also 'discriminating irritant projectiles' (DIPs). DIPs enable police to fire irritating chemicals such as CS spray at crowds from long-range.

I write in connection with your request for information which was received
by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 23/07/2020. I note you seek
access to the following information:
Please could you provide information with the specific names of all the
