We are asking for all of them to be sacked and investigated they are acting still above the law and having seen the “Max Caller “report, these are still acting above the law and hiding information.

We also notice not one word or comment from “Liam Thorp” Liverpool Echo on this.

Please reply other wise this will go above the council heads.

Please see attached our response to your information request. In addition,
we note a number of comments included within your request, which are not
reproduced by virtue of the harassing and intimidatory nature of their
content.

 

Liverpool City Council would advise that as a responsible public authority
and employer we have clear obligations and a duty of care and
responsibility to our Officers and employees.

 

As such, and in the event of the continued use of public forums for the
submission of requests accompanied with commentary, speculation, innuendo
and opinion designed to harass or otherwise impact on City Council
employees when undertaking their employment for the City Council, we will
assess and respond to such requests accordingly.

 

For purposes of clarity, any requests which are accompanied by commentary,
speculation, innuendo and opinion designed to harass or otherwise impact
on City Council employees will be considered with due regard to Section 14
which allows a public authority to decline to respond to a request which
may be assessed as vexatious in terms of its content and impact. We will
similarly give consideration to aggregating the costs of multiple and
interlinked requests such as to assess whether the timescale taken for
compliance exceeds that set out at Section 12 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. The relevant limit is 18 hours.
