Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'WCA Recording and Home Visit Policy'.

It is a simple question and like my other request, clearly would not exceed the threshold for a FOI. I'm aware of what is already present online, however it is a policy not the law and I request ALL information that the DWP and CHDA uses internally for it's WCA and recording.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...

Yours faithfully,

Max Kerley

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'WCA Recording and Home Visit Policy'.

The threshold for disclosing what the criteria is for a home visit would in no way be reached and therefore your response lacks any basis in fact. This is basic information that any employee of the DWP would be able to divulge.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'WCA Recording and Home Visit Policy'.

As is very clear, the questions posed to you clearly anyone within the DWp would be or at least should know the asnswers too.

Your response regarding the ESA113 also fails to answer the question.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'WCA Recording and Home Visit Policy'.

The questions posed to you, would clearly be able to be answered by any employee within the DWP and therefore the reasons given for your efusal are invalid.

I have no objection to pursuing this course of conduct, to obtain the answers I require.
You are and as is clearly the case with other FOI requests, abusing the FOI Act to hide wrongdoing by the DWP.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'WCA Recording and Home Visit Policy'.

You clearly failed to respond to the other questions posed and have as is evident by the response, hiding behind the DPA to cover up criminal conduct and avoid answering the questions posed to you.
