Dear Ms Corrin

Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) / Environmental Information
Regulations 2004 (EIR) Performance Monitoring

Thank you for your emails of 26 January 2011 and 2 February 2011 and for
providing the monitoring information for September to November 2010.

This brings the three month monitoring period to a close. In view of the
performance displayed by Wirral Council across the monitoring period, we
are satisfied that there is no need for the Information Commissioner’s
Office to pursue regulatory action at this time and this enforcement case
will now be closed. We should like to thank Wirral Council for its efforts
and for its co-operation during the monitoring process.

If Wirral Council wishes to provide any feedback or otherwise comment on
its experience of the monitoring, we would welcome its views. For example,
if notification of the monitoring resulted in additional staff being
assigned to request or review handling or if request handlers experienced
improved co-operation from other departments, we would be interested in
hearing from you.

In closing, I should like to thank you for your assistance in addressing
these matters.

Yours sincerely

Thank you for your enquiry, I hope that you find this information useful.
