Thank you for your email below, I have assumed that the V’OL mention is a
reference to Vivien O’Leary.   On this assumption, I have contacted Vivien
and she has no recollection of delivering a DASS presentation entitled
“Exempt Accommodation”.   The Council therefore has no recorded
information to supply to you. 

Please note however - if you have any further details such as an
approximate date you believe this presentation was delivered and can
advise me of this, Vivien will recheck her diaries and associated
paperwork for you.

Internal Review.

Please find attached the ‘briefing note’ referred to in the above FOI
request.  Please note that the attendees of the meeting on 28 June 2011
comprised a mixed panel of officers from both the Council and local
housing providers and not exclusively DASS staff as stated in the original
request.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wirral Metropolitan Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'WBC - HB Exempt Accommodation
Presentation'.

Although the council states there is no information available to disclose,
the presentation is referred to within a previous FOI disclosure at the
DASS LD Housing Sub Group.

In the minutes of the 28.6.2011 there is item 2 which is entitled Exempt
Accommodation Briefing.

The minutes describe:

VOL provided a briefing regarding exempt accommodation and the associated
Turnbull judgement to the group.

Under this it states:
