Dear Northampton Borough Council,

Please could you inform me if the Council has a policy to charge Internet providers for the signing off of a wayleave agreement for the installation of fibre optic cable into premises owned, but not occupied, by the Council.

If this is the case, please provide me with a list of the companies that you have levied such charges against, together with a copy of the relevant policy.
