Thank you for the reply. As you know Sellafield are a private consortium under the NDA umbrella. As a private consortium Sellafield are not obliged to answer FOI questions.

We have now concluded a search of our systems and have not located a copy of the letter requested.

I would suggest you contact Sellafield Ltd, as the ref. no. you quote looks similar to numbers used by them in correspondence with EA.
