Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
A repair was made to a water leak (Middle March) at Ferndale House ,Ballybog Road Dunmurry Since this repair was made it has leaked four times ,the latest this morning.
The insurance assessor has already had a period of time using a machine to dry out my bathroom ,before they start to do the main work which they have assured us will be carried out within the next week .The question I would like to ask why is this water still leaking down the building.
The leak was found in 9B Ferndale House ,could you please have this leak repaired urgently and properly this time
