Dear Severn Trent Plc,

I made my request for this data on the 8th February 2020, via the whatdotheyknow site. Not via your online form and not on the date you have stated.

You must comply with The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 Section 5(1) "a public authority that holds environmental information shall make it available on request.". Furthermore under Section 5(2) "no later than 20 working days after the date of receipt of the request.", which you are well in excess of.

If you can explain to me which section of The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 requires an applicant to state their purpose for applying for data, then I will provide you with an appropriate reason. Otherwise, please make no further delay and provide the environmental information immediately.

Also please inform me of the outcome of the internal review which I previously requested.

Yours faithfully,

A Martinez
