Wasted Money due to poor ordering

Home Office did not have the information requested.

Dear Home Office,

I am looking for financial information from the Home Office.

Please tell me:
1: How may cases in the past 12 months have there been of Home Office purchased orders being shipped to the wrong address, because of Home Office errors
2: How much money has been wasted internally sorting this out
3: How much money has been paid to companies to redeliver to the right address which they should have been given to start with?

Yours faithfully,

Nik Fox
