Waste, recycling and fly-tipping statistics

Please could you provide for the years 2008 to 2015 the following
statistics:

1. % of waste from households recycled
2. Total number of tonnes sent to landfill
3. Total number of fly-tipping incidents dealt with
4. Total number of fly-tipping incidents dealt with within target
completion
5. Total average weight of un-recycled waste per household
6. Total cost (£'s) to BCC for waste sent to landfill
7. Total cost (£'s) to BCC for dealing with fly-tipping incidents (Actions, Collections, Legal, Staff, Reporting Tools etc.)
