Hi Martin
You first email sounded like a complaint, your response below now seems
like an FOI.
Do you want information or to make a complaint?

Dear Kate
I ended up calling on friday to as ive been a month without uplift.
but could you still answer
the numbers of users of service how many are complaining or are
not satisfied out of the actual users with the requested service theyre
expecting to get. ie missed bins uplifts or when do report if not done and
is left till next collection day.
As its wasting tax payers money if its constantly been missed an another crew van having to be dispatched to get it done on an other occasion.
Yours sincerely,
martinrandall

Dear Mr. Randall
Freedom of Information Enquiry: DEV040DB99
Thank you for your information request dated 13/11/2017.
I am happy to supply you with the information you requested.
I can advise that in the 12 month period to end of October, we recorded
623 complaints of blue recycling bins being missed, out of approximately
600,000 collections.
Of the 623, we returned to 578 properties within 5 working days.
Individual complaints about delays in returning are not specifically
recorded, and instances where bins are found to be contaminated, rather
than being missed, may result in bins not being revisited prior to the
next collection day.
Yours sincerely
Alan Salmond
