Waste Collection Support Scheme - Liverpool City Council's bid
Dear Department for Communities and Local Government,
(1) Please disclose correspondence related to Liverpool City Council's August 2012 bid for a grant under the Waste Collection support Scheme(WCSS).
(2) In particular, did DCLG prescribe reduction in bin sizes or would it have been open for Liverpool to make a bid which did not require replacement of 240 litre bins by 140 litre bins?
(3) Have there been revisions to the original bid or requests from Liverpool to consider alternative measures within the bid? If so, please provide details.
Yours faithfully,
John Coyne
