Thank you for your request for information that was received on 22 July
2021  requesting:

Please provide copies or records to include correspondence (written or
verbal)
Tower Hamlets Council holds in relation to the the waste collection point
that Environmental Services recognise as 'Doros House
12 Cambridge Heath Road'.
Please also include copies of correspondence between Tower Hamlets Council
and external organisations, businesses, second and third parties as well
regarding this collection point.
Please narrow my request to include only correspondence from September
2020 up to
the date of this FOI request.
Please note that this is a new request for new information.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004  and we aim to send a response by 19 August 2021.
 
In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will
send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004  may restrict the release
of some or all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an
assessment and if any exceptions  apply to some or all of the information
then we might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if
this is the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal
review and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
 
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information
requested for any other reason together with the reason(s) why and details
of how you may appeal (if appropriate).

We require a further 20 working days under the provisions of the
Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)

The Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) allows that where a
request is made under regulation 5 of the EIR and where a public authority
reasonably believes that the complexity and volume of the information
requested means that it is impracticable to comply with the request within
the 20 working day timeframe, they may extend the period of 20 working
days to 40 working days as referred to in the provisions in paragraph (2)
of the regulations.

We will have a response to you by 17th September.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Tower Hamlets
