Thank you for your request for information that was received on 13 October
2020  requesting:

Please provide copies or records to include correspondence (written or
verbal)

Tower Hamlets Council holds in relation to the the waste collection point
that Environmental Services recognise as 'Doros House 12 Cambridge Heath
Road'.
Please also include copies of correspondence between Tower Hamlets Council
and external organisations, businesses, second and third parties as well
regarding this collection point.
Please narrow my request to include only correspondence from 2010 to the
up to the date of this FOI request.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004  and we aim to send a response by 10 November 2020.
 
In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will
send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004  may restrict the release
of some or all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an
assessment and if any exceptions  apply to some or all of the information
then we might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if
this is the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal
review and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
 
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information
requested for any other reason together with the reason(s) why and details
of how you may appeal (if appropriate).

Dear Mr Hassan,
 
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay. Unfortunately the
officer assigned to the case has been in isolation. There have been staff
shortages and very few officers coming into the office.
 
We have gathered the documents and are in the process of redacting. 
 
May I request an extension of a week to get this completed.
 
Once again apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience
so far.

I am writing to request an internal review of Tower Hamlets Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Waste Collection Doros House'.

By law, Tower Hamlets Borough Council should normally have responded
promptly and by 6 November 2020
