Since the closure of Marchbanks in April 2013 how many brown bins for garden waste were ordered in the period from

1) April - August 2013?

2) September - December 2013?

3) How many of those bins were actually delivered?

4) Also the same questions above for 2012, please?

5) How much did a brown bin cost in
a) 2012
b) 2013

Dear Ms Stoneman
The estimate provided to me is that the cost would be in excess of £600
(40 hours), at that point we did not continue with the calculation as
Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 provides
that Scottish public authorities are not obliged to comply with a request
for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying with
the request would exceed such amount as may be prescribed in regulations
made by the Scottish Ministers.  The prescribed amount is currently £600.
