I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.
Provision of a Digital Health Record (DHR) Solution
The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your request received on the 14th January 2020 regarding the
procurement of a digital health record solution. Following my
acknowledgement dated 15th January 2020, I have spoken to the respective
Procurement department and have the following information in response to
your request. This has been added to each individual question as set out
below.
It is to note that this procurement is now at the Evaluation Stage of an
"Open" Procurement therefore the information that NHS Wales Shared
Services Partnership (NWSSP) can provide is at this stage is only a
general update.
Q. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT Stages:
A. We are unable to provide this information as the NWSSP is currently in
a live procurement and the information is commercially confidential and
could prejudice the outcome.
Q. Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
A. We are unable to provide this information as the NWSSP is currently in
a live procurement and the information is commercially confidential and
could prejudice the outcome.
Q. Start date & duration of framework
A. This is detailed in the attached contract notice, (OJEU reference is
437908-2019 (2019/S 180-437908)).
Q. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?
A. This is detailed in the attached contract notice, (OJEU reference is
437908-2019 (2019/S 180-437908)).
Q. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?
A. This has not yet been awarded therefore this is not applicable at this
time, the information will be provided within the award notice.
Q. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
A. Unable to provide personal information as we are in a live procurement
and therefore this information is confidential.
