Your request for information has been considered by Warwickshire County Council
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please be advised that we are unable to provide all of the information that you have
requested.
You asked us for:
A list of all of the individual teams within Children's and Young Peoples social
Service's also including the names and contact numbers of all team managers.
Also all of the individual teams within Adults Social Social Service's also
including the names and contact numbers of all team managers.

Please be advised that while we have provided name and contact details down
to Service Manager level we have not provided details of staff below this level
of management. This is because the Council is usually willing to disclose names
and contact details of more senior members of staff, as the more senior the member of
staff, the less likely this is to be unfair processing of personal data under the Data
Protection Act.
However, it is unwilling to disclose the details of more junior members of staff, which
is likely to constitute unfair processing of personal data under the Data Protection Act.
Therefore in respect of those staff below Service Manager level it has been concluded
that such information is absolutely exempt from disclosure.
The exemption applied is Section 40 (2) (Personal Information) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. This exemption applies because we believe the disclosure of the
information to a member of the public would contravene
one of the data protection principles, in that the benefits of disclosure are
not proportionate to any potential harm, distress or intrusion to the individuals should
they be named.
Therefore, please treat this e-mail as a Refusal Notice in accordance with Section 17
of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in respect of staff names below Service
Manager Level.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an
internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the
date of receipt of the response to your original letter and should be addressed to:
