Dear Bolton NHS Foundation Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Bolton NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Ward C3 Royal Bolton Hospital - complaints'.
I requested details of complaints against Ward C3 on 26th September. I have been given the number of complaints but I also requested a breakdown of the complaints such as "attitude of staff" "cleanliness" etc. They have refused to give me the breakdown, saying it would take a further 2.5 days and may expose the names of the the people involved. I do not believe this to be the case at all. I do not wish to know the names of patients or staff involved, just the numbers, as originally asked. Their excuses at giving out this public information is yet again the reason why Ward C3 needs to be shut down as they clearly cannot complete a relatively simple task.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...
Yours faithfully,
D S Smith
