You asked:
1. For every year since the Ward Allocation Scheme began, please

Our answer:
1. Please see details as per your point 1 attached. The bidder can only
be the ward councillors for the Ward Allocation Scheme funding that the
application relates.
2. Summary breakdown of the ward allocation scheme funding by ward as at
16/11/2021 as follows. Note that the scheme rules stipulate that each
Ward have been awarded a budget of £15k and 3 years to spend it, ending
31/3/2022. So for instance if a ward hadn’t committed its full £15k by
the end of year 1 then they would still have the following 2 years to
spend it.
