Dear Def Strat-Stat-Health-PQ-FOI (MULTIUSER),
Thankyou for your reply, unfortunately your reply is not acceptable. The information should be available at the push of a button. We are in the year 2018.
27 years since the Gulf War. MOD claim they do not know what has caused gwi. The least they could do is collect the data of claims and pension awards connected to Gulf service to be able to ascetain the size of the problem. I can understand the 1st 3 years as being excusable, but not the last 25 years. Basically it demonstrates MOD contrary to what they say do not care in the slightest how many of their troops suffered/suffering the so called apparant mystery surrounding gwi ! I put this back to the MOD and request an internal investigation to find these figures, put a system in place that collects the data and put a stop to the dis -respect of GW veterans from this day forward, by just giving them lip service!
Regards
Gavin Roberts
